QuickUp privacy policy
QuickUp has no server, no accounts and no analytics. Nothing is sent to the developer.
What QuickUp handles
- The image you right-click. When you choose Upload to, QuickUp downloads that image from the site that serves it, the same way your browser loads it, and uploads it to the host you picked: Catbox (catbox.moe), X02 (x02.me) or ImgLink (imglink.cc). For X02, QuickUp may instead send X02 the image’s address so X02 fetches it itself.
- Your userhash and API keys. If you add a Catbox userhash or an X02 / ImgLink API key, it’s stored with Chrome’s sync storage (synced across your Chrome profile if Chrome sync is on) and sent only to its own host, to upload, to check the key, to read your usage and to delete uploads you ask to delete.
- Your upload history. The links of your last 100 uploads, with the address of each source image, are stored on your computer only. You can clear them in QuickUp’s settings.
Once an image is uploaded, the host’s own privacy policy applies to it. Uploaded links can be opened by anyone who has them.
What QuickUp doesn’t do
QuickUp doesn’t read the pages you visit, doesn’t track your browsing, and doesn’t sell or share any data.
